Tuesday- Training schedule called for 4 miles. Done. And then two more miles. And then Power Pump.
Boom.
O and then all-you-can-eat wing buffet.
Whoops!
Wednesday- Body pump and cross fit.
Training schedule called for 3 miles but I never got to it. Training schedule fail.
Thursday- 50 min on the elliptical. Shoulder and chest lift. Spin.
Friday-Body pump.
Dinner with the red heads Mom, Dad, Aunt and Uncle.
Saturday- 7 miles run with some really cool ladies

Night out with friends
Sunday-Write a terrible blog post. Hope no one notices I failed on my training schedule Wednesday through Friday
It was really tough to blog all week because by the time I got off work, home from the gym, got ready for work the next day and THEN finish my work that I brought home from work, it has been close to 11 pm. Being the old lady that I am, this is not conducive to me blogging/brain functioning to type words on a screen.
